| The counselling service will be available to those who wish to work cooperatively with a therapist in order to address their emotional and practical problems. You may want to explore issues relating to relationship, bereavement, work, health, anxiety or sexual/social difficulties, for example. Our counsellor is trained in an integrative approach at diploma level (see counselling programme at Enfield College for details) and is able to offer a range of empathic and focused skills to help you. A number of weekly sessions will be negotiated at your assessment interview with the counsellor. | |||

| Rugby House helps people with drug misuse issues at many stages of the recovery process, from contemplating abstinence, to controlling their use, to maintaining sobriety. Our work is very person centred and based on people’s individual goals and needs and can often include work on issues affected by their use, such as housing, debt, relationship issues and employment. There is also an outreach clinic held on Thursday mornings at The Lancaster Centre. | |||
